Here are the most common questions we get asked all in one go to make it easy for you.
Is Capture Photobooth actually hosted, or is it just dropped off?
Hosted, always. I'm there from set-up to the last photo of the night, so there's always someone on hand to top up props, encourage the shy guests and keep things running smoothly.
Do we get to keep our photos?
Yes, two prints come out every time, one for your guest book and one for your guest to take home. Every photo also gets sent to you digitally afterwards, so nothing gets lost.
Can the photo booth be styled to match our venue or colours?
Yes, the whole set-up is styled to suit your day rather than one generic look, so it sits inside the celebration instead of standing out from it.
Are you insured?
Fully insured, across weddings, celebrations and corporate events, so your venue's requirements are covered without you having to chase anything.
How much does it cost?
Pricing's kept clear with no hidden extras, you can see it all on the Pricing page, and I'm always happy to talk through what's included before you book.
How far do you travel?
I cover Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Rutland, and I'm based in Spalding, so most venues within about an hour and a half are well within reach.
How do we book, and is a deposit needed?
Check your date first, then a small deposit secures it. I'll stay in touch in the run-up to your day to confirm the final details.
What if it's a big venue or a smaller, more intimate do?
Either works. The set-up flexes to the room, and it's just as much fun with thirty guests as it is with three hundred.
What happens if something goes wrong with the equipment on the night?
I always carry backup kit, so if anything plays up it gets swapped out on the spot and your guests barely notice. Your day isn't something I'd ever leave to chance.
Do we only cover weddings?
Simple answer? Nope.
We can do any event whether it be an engagement party, 30th birthday or a corporate event.
