Questions from event organisers
Yes. We'll work with you ahead of the event to add your logo and colours to the prints and the on screen display, so it's ready to go before anyone arrives rather than something sorted on the day.
Can the booth be branded with our logo?

We're fully insured and our equipment is PAT tested, and we're happy to send over public liability documents ahead of the event for your venue or facilities team.

How far in advance should we book, particularly for Christmas parties?

For Christmas we'd recommend getting in touch by September or October, as those dates are the first to fill. Outside of the Christmas period we can usually work with shorter notice.
A deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is due four weeks before your event. We'll invoice you in advance for both.
How does payment work for corporate bookings?

Can you work at office buildings or venues with restricted access, like loading bays or timed entry?

Yes, we're used to working within building or venue restrictions. Let us know the details when you book and we'll build our setup and access time around them.
