That's what a hosted photo booth is for. One of us is there the whole time, keeping the props stocked, pulling in the ones hovering by the bar, and making sure the guest book actually gets filled rather than sitting empty by the door.
You don't have to think about it once it starts, because that's the whole point of booking it.

How far in advance do we need to book?

For parties and celebrations we regularly take bookings with just a few weeks' notice, though popular dates in the run up to Christmas and over the summer do go first. If you've got a date in mind, the quickest way to find out is to ask.
How much space does the booth need?

Around 2.5 by 2.5 metres is ideal, but we've set up in smaller spots before and will always ask about your venue ahead of time so there are no surprises on the day.
What's actually included in the price?

Everything you need for the night, hosting, unlimited prints, props, and a guest book, all in one price with nothing extra added on. If anything isn't included we'll say so upfront.
Is there someone with the booth the whole time?

Yes, always. We're not a drop off and collect service. Someone from Capture stays for the full hire, keeping things running and topping up props so you never have to think about it.
Can you fit around a smaller party or a more low key celebration?

Definitely. Plenty of the parties we work are exactly that, a smaller group marking something that matters. The booth works just as well in a living room or a function room as it does at a big do.
